- No work-life balance. You are forced to do overtime work without pay to finish daily deliverables even on days off and they don't really care.
- Daily targets are beyond one employee's capabilities. To rationalize, leadership will make you feel guilty by saying, "that's why you were picked to do this job".
- Leadership is not receptive to feedback. Instead, your feedback will be used against you and tag you as someone who is against them.
- Power tripping. Just because you have a different opinion, some elements in the leadership team will use this as a basis to fail you in your performance review and score.
- Promotion is based on the Padrino system and not on the candidate's experience and expertise.
