Pros
Most of the people were cool
Cons
This call center is pretty good in the sense that the pay is high compared to other similar companies in the region, paying a base salary well above the average BUT this company doesn't offer ANY welcoming bonus like most other call centers do, like 2-3-4M COP bonuses being given everywhere, a great drawback compared to others. I did notice a lot of issues from the management part. I was given a concrete start date and had to travel from another city to start working. There I'm told my begining date is not the original one but like 2 weeks further, greatly affecting my job start period plans in multiple senses; Then I start noticing other operational dissonances, like one manager saying one thing, then other people saying others, I was misinformed by management multiple times. Changes made out of nowhere without giving you any option but to submit. THE SYSTEMS!!! LISTEN: How BAD the systems they use can be REASON ENOUGH TO PASS on this company. They're so slow and buggish that you might end suffering from anxiety for this reason alone, and on top you're expected to score high performance even though the systems won't allow you. The people are generally cool for the most part, until you meet those 2 or 3 that unfortunately are on management positions that could end up screwing your entire perception of the company. I understand this company is quite recent compared to others but there were many management disasters that one could imagine solving you oneself without years of experience. I'm sorry to say this but a company is as good as its people, and specially those in management, and this, like many others, are badder the higher look
