Pros

It was a good place to work, overall. The pay was equitable and the trainning solid. We were always updated and given latest pertinent information thru briefings nearly daily.

Cons

FPS is a Call Center, as suchthe clients come and go, so in my 6 years with the company, I switched 4 positions
