Pros
This company by far offers the highest compensation out of the biggest BPO companies in Davao City with a much better work environment compared to the previous company I've been with. For reference, I've been in the industry for 7 years. worked the first 5 years in the company I thought was the best in the City but here I am realizing that FPS can offer much more.
Cons
Just a minor complaint against the facility team about maintaining the cleanliness. I just hope they do deep cleaning as I can see dust behind chairs sometimes- it might affect employees' health if not maintained properly.
