      One of the best reason to work with FPS is the salary. FPS provides premium compensation for its employees without any delay. They oftern asks feedback from its employees when it comes to the betterment of the engagement of its organization .

      Cons

      I cannot think of downside on this company, but maybe some of the TLs in the organization, or may be supports are taking advantage of its position by being demanding to its agent to the point that it is giving the agents so much pressure and toxicity in the workplace.
