I work with teams in several regions in central Florida. All of the ABA professionals I've worked with are some of the most caring in the field; deeply committed to the children and families they serve. Leadership in the company is very open to ideas of others in the field which supports the company becoming more effective. On the leading edge of innovations for ABA in FL. Employ a number of BCBA-Ds which supports the quality of the company and resources the company offers to their staff.
Cons
Not all regions currently offer daytime school hours although there are significant recruiting efforts across all regions in the company to ensure all regions have daytime hours to offer staff.
