Pros

Full-disclosure: I've worked at two other companies that both won "Best Place to Work" awards in Atlanta, and FullStory is HANDS DOWN my favorite place that I've worked. Here's what I love about it: - Exceptional product with a purpose; FullStory the app helps people deliver better customer experiences online which a) helps businesspeople do their jobs better but also b) makes the internet a lovelier place for everyone; win-win-win; - Clear communication about direction and vision; leadership does an especially good job of laying out plans and initiatives so that everyone can row in the same direction together; - Collaborative autonomy; the OKR format and matrix-style management system give me a sense of freedom to pursue the projects that I think will have the most positive impact, and I feel supported and encouraged to work with others to achieve my goals. Also, the people here are smart, funny, kind, and conscientious. Granted, there are wonderful humans at lots of companies in Atlanta. I'm just saying that the humans who are here are also wonderful.

Cons

The company is growing fast and the typical, expected startup / scale-up growing pains are starting to twinge. There will probably be some awkward flailing as everyone institutes the processes that need to get in place to support growth.

Pros

A lot of exciting things on the horizon. We've seen a lot of growth over the last year and the product has a lot more to offer.

Cons

Nothing noteworthy as of late.

Pros

Good work-life balance expectations. Product is cool and solved real problems. Big, brand name customers. Remote or 1-day in office if local to Atlanta.

Cons

Competition is pervasive and growth has slowed. No good outcome on equity is in sight. Cost-conscious and unwilling to invest in success.
