Pros
Executive leadership has incredible vision and clarity of where the company is heading and it shows in their incredible growth. Culture is truly differentiating and permeates every decision that is made at all levels. While the interview process is very tough and selective, it results in a truly high talent bar inside the organization. Every single employee is at the top of their game, driven and extremely easy to work with. No "brilliant jerks", all very smart and good decent people. Compensation and benefits are excellent/above market, and the culture actively promotes work/life balance. FullStory is hands down one of, if not, the best software company in Atlanta.
Cons
If you are a self-starter you will thrive. If you require a lot of handholding and close management, you will get frustrated. There are a lot of problems to be solved, but don't wait around for someone to tell you what to do - just dive in and make a contribution!
