Pros

- cheap benefits - frequent trinkets/gifts - work from home

Cons

-unorganized training structure..you go through three weeks of training and begin on the job training 2 days before the end of week 3. - very unskilled motivators and remote leadership -"open door" policy but managers will discourage you from coming in the office -management does not hold themselves accountable when they fail to train properly, will cut ties before attempting to help train you -the job is 90% writing, 50-70 emails a day..and management is very picky about writing style(1 of 6 managers are effective writers themselves) - you have to essentially harass people on linkedin..sending multiple messages over the course of a week to EVERY prospect (200/week)..after a month working there you've added nearly 1000 new linkedin connects and 99% of it is spam - when you book a meeting(how you get paid), the company is already preassigned to a rep(meaning you can do all the work and get 0 credit/money)- this happens weekly -an overload of meetings...metrics are 60+ calls AND emails per day. on average you will spend 2 hours per day in meetings...per day. Minimum.. -uneducated/unskilled management(the company promoted too quickly, misused investor funding and over-hired...likely because they understood their turnover rates, & now have leaders who are extremely unqualified across all sales related departments) - very little willingness to work with reps struggling to catch on this job is an email/linkedin blasting job, you will be heavily critiqued on your writing by extremely ill-equipped writers..if you have over 2 years work experience avoid this job like the plague....that said, unless you are extremely desperate and this is your only option, you'll want to look elsewhere.

Pros

A lot of exciting things on the horizon. We've seen a lot of growth over the last year and the product has a lot more to offer.

Cons

Nothing noteworthy as of late.

Pros

Good work-life balance expectations. Product is cool and solved real problems. Big, brand name customers. Remote or 1-day in office if local to Atlanta.

Cons

Competition is pervasive and growth has slowed. No good outcome on equity is in sight. Cost-conscious and unwilling to invest in success.
