Pros

Product is the best out there. Everyone likes it, and its really amazing and helps people innovate their products and sites

Cons

My opinion is that sales culture is really bad and broken. No guidance or no direction for the AE. People are promoted for no reason but being friends with sr leaders and coming from the same company they did. they are always threatening to put people on ‘plan’ , but cant say how to be successful. Just tell you to do what people that are hitting quota are doing, then make things up in slack as examples. When you ask the people hitting their numbers about it they will tell you straight up that they aren’t doing that stuff management said or that it didnt lead to them being successful. Management has no clue whats going on for the AEs, and cant seem to help so they just fire down to a number where folks are getting to quota instead of helping the people and company grow. Especially i would say this for entry level AE roles All just my opinion but my advice to the job seeker looking to join, call or send linkedin messages to other AEs that would be your peers ahead of joining. Make sure you know what you are getting into

Good work-life balance expectations. Product is cool and solved real problems. Big, brand name customers. Remote or 1-day in office if local to Atlanta.

Cons

Competition is pervasive and growth has slowed. No good outcome on equity is in sight. Cost-conscious and unwilling to invest in success.
