During our period of hyper-growth, there were many shifts and changes in both territory alignment and management. We acknowledge this was difficult and recognize that we have room to improve. We know that FullStory, and our managers, don’t get it right all the time, but we are absolutely committed to continuing to better train and equip leaders at all levels so that team members’ experiences continue to improve.
