The market is saturated and fullstory is losing… bad. Look at some competitors on Glassdoor and you will see their employees experiences are much more positive than they are at fullstory. Probably because those people are actually successfully closing deals. Fullstory is an overpriced product. They were able to argue the price at one point, but they haven’t updated their product as competition has caught up with them. Because fullstory is losing, no one throughout the sales organization is hitting their numbers. Leadership is only looking out for themselves and pretending that things are getting better, but they’re not.. The company has done multiple layoffs and a re-org, which demoted people and promoted people that should not have been promoted. It made no sense, and as a result of this people are leaving left and right. They have now lifted their “hiring freeze” in desperation to stop the churn from happening.
