Pros

Remuneration is very good if you hit target (only 10% do) The product is strong. Sales tools are good (Clari, Gong, SL, ZI)

Cons

Leadership has no idea what they are doing. So many "leaders" are pretending to defend their role. No clear direction. LT spreads panic by announcing big changes, leaving the front line to figure it out. Managers have little to no experience. Marketing is directionless from top to bottom. CEO Scott is clearly out of his depth (to his credit, I think he knows this) Fake bubbly culture. Toxic sales culture contradicts Fullstory values and watch words While the product is solid, competitors have caught up. FS squandered their market leadership and don't know how to compete. Customers are churning fast.

A lot of exciting things on the horizon. We've seen a lot of growth over the last year and the product has a lot more to offer.

Good work-life balance expectations. Product is cool and solved real problems. Big, brand name customers. Remote or 1-day in office if local to Atlanta.

Cons

Competition is pervasive and growth has slowed. No good outcome on equity is in sight. Cost-conscious and unwilling to invest in success.
