Pros

Truly kind, talented, and well-meaning team members who care about each other and users. An interesting, if over-saturated, market and product with passionate users. Pretty good benefits and pay.

Cons

Deeply weird, phony culture that maybe made sense in an in-person, pre-COVID world but does not translate remotely. Misguided bias toward pre-COVID team members. Massive schism between sales/marketing and the rest of the organization. Directionless marketing leadership playing to the whims of a panicked, flailing sales org. Scott, to his credit, is a kind, empathetic guy, but he's out of his depth to handle problems of this scale and magnitude and I think yet another round of recent layoffs are indicative of this.

A lot of exciting things on the horizon. We've seen a lot of growth over the last year and the product has a lot more to offer.

Nothing noteworthy as of late.

Good work-life balance expectations. Product is cool and solved real problems. Big, brand name customers. Remote or 1-day in office if local to Atlanta.

Cons

Competition is pervasive and growth has slowed. No good outcome on equity is in sight. Cost-conscious and unwilling to invest in success.
