Pros

Opportunity to learn new skills

Cons

- Extremely hard to hit quota. There is not enough support available for AEs to work on their territories. Marketing budgets are extremely tight and it doesn't allow AEs to fully focus on building relationships and closing deals (even being more strategic on their accounts). You are expected to do everything yourself most of the time which is not efficient and causes lots of frustration. There are companies out there who will actually offer you support, where you work as a team and where efficiency is an important factor of success. - As a product, FullStory was great to start with but the market is too saturated to be a differentiating product. C-Level is out of their depth. They're laying people off left right and centre out of despair and simply trying to save costs. Long term planning does not exist here. - This might be the biggest con: lack of CULTURE. The culture at FullStory is incredibly toxic. There is lots of gossip going around and you are not able to trust anyone in the business. Any constructive criticism on management is welcomed with hostility and can have a direct impact on retaining your job. You're expected to be online 24/7. Work Life balance is considered as a weakness and don't even ask for PTO as it's expected that you will work during your holiday. Expect texts/slack messages/calls after work hours. - Strategic vision: most managers/leaders come from small companies and do not have the expertise of what it's like running a high growth business. This lack of experience is clearly shown in the poor financial results with a result of way too many lay offs and brilliant talent leaving.

Pros

A lot of exciting things on the horizon. We've seen a lot of growth over the last year and the product has a lot more to offer.

Cons

Nothing noteworthy as of late.

Pros

Good work-life balance expectations. Product is cool and solved real problems. Big, brand name customers. Remote or 1-day in office if local to Atlanta.

Cons

Competition is pervasive and growth has slowed. No good outcome on equity is in sight. Cost-conscious and unwilling to invest in success.
