      Super talented ICs across CX and Product Can work from home

      Cons

      Significant lack of support for front line managers from people ops and leadership. 5 RIFs since I've been working here impacting 211 people. Total lack of vision and direction. Prepare to be ignored if you ask questions they don't like, even with an "open door" policy. Standing mantra that re-orgs are normal every 12-18 months; so expect more RIFs.

      A lot of exciting things on the horizon. We've seen a lot of growth over the last year and the product has a lot more to offer.

      Nothing noteworthy as of late.

      Good work-life balance expectations. Product is cool and solved real problems. Big, brand name customers. Remote or 1-day in office if local to Atlanta.

      Cons

      Competition is pervasive and growth has slowed. No good outcome on equity is in sight. Cost-conscious and unwilling to invest in success.
