Business Outlook
Pros
Good benefits and decent pay when you first start. Marketing org and messaging has improved greatly with new leadership. Some very good, smart people - though many have been leaving due to downward spiral of culture and market competitiveness.
Cons
Lots of layoffs - lack of stability, lack of pay raises and a lot "do more with less and we're not giving you more money so suck it up, buttercup". Lack of respect from senior leadership - severe level of micro-management and finger pointing. Struggle to get a clear (and innovative) roadmap from product that gets customers and employees excited and make FS more competitive.
