You have a great base pay plus uncapped commission, which is not common in sales roles. Your goals scale when you start, to make it easier to earn while you learn your role. Coaching is great, I've always been able to get help when I needed it, without ever feeling micromanaged. Management actually listens to everyone and cares. When we're not working from home, office days are always fun, with snacks and drinks that we get to pick, team meetings at the cafe and the office is really nice.
