Pros

Fullbay has been great to me since I started. I've never worked for a company where they really fight for you and help you grow your career. The BDR team has a ton of talent and everyone is so collaborative, competitive, and a high energy team. Management will always try to work with you and mentor you into the role.

Cons

No complaints as this is a great company to work for.
