Institutionalized Racism and Sexism - Office of Advancement Fuller Theological Seminary Employee Review

I experienced institutionalized racism and sexism when I was there. It was an extremely hostile work environment for me. I was heavily scrutinized, treated differently, spoken to differently, passed over for jobs that I was more than qualified for that my white counterparts with a lot less experience than me were given. It was a toxic work environment with gossip, back-biting and strife. The institution needs a complete overhaul. Because the organization is so disorganized, people are often sitting at their desks with nothing to do and it's dehumanizing. Working there is not recommended.
