Pros

The staff and administrators are truly united by a strong sense of mission. Largely, managers are understanding not only of a needful work/life balance but also a work/life/church/class balance as the case often is. Those who work for Fuller are committed, and it shows. Summers have recently also featured paid reduced (i.e., four-day) workweeks. The administration goes to lengths to show its appreciation for employees.

Cons

Communication is a perennial problem, and silos abound, despite recent intentions from senior administration. Change is constant and not always coordinated among the relevant divisions and departments. This results in a fair deal of work at cross-purposes, playing catch-up and general inefficiency.
