Pros
The work life balance at Fuller is wonderful. I get my work done, put in my hours and have the flexibility I need when I need it. I'm able to learn and grow as a person as well as in my professional career. Fuller is a place that I can become the person I want to be in my career and life. I can ask hard questions, work on amazing projects, and see them to fruition.
Cons
The wakes of the previous management structure are still rippling across Fullers landscape. This can sometimes be counter productive and counter intuitive for getting things done, but doesn't take away from the mission or values at Fuller. As a Graduate school, there aren't many opportunities for non-academia related positions to move up, at least in the technical fields.
