High Expectations, Challenging Pay - Associate Professor Fuller Theological Seminary Employee Review

Compensation is badly stagnated. Expertise and loyalty are taken for granted and not rewarded. Professional development is left to individual employees to pursue and fund since on-the-job training is limited to what is required for legal compliance. Recently, leadership has become more heavy-handed and dismissive of community concerns and critiques, meaning that the value of working here has reduced. When this must necessarily require coping with high costs of living, it is becoming decreasingly feasible to work here.
