      Pros

      Many of the students are great and the management is easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not enough work. Also, some of the school computer labs have lousy wifi connections and loud environments. You have to create your own lessons, in most cases, which drastically reduces your hourly pay.

      Pay was reasonable, gained relevant & diverse experience, schools/staff were mostly easy to work with

      Cons

      No benefits, depending on the school you are working with there can be little communication or understanding of a virtual teacher's unique needs, no guaranteed work (for Virtual Staffing you might know if you are assigned a school in July at the earliest], long periods with no available jobs; contract work & taxes
