Pros

-Passionate and hard-working employees -Work-life Balance

Cons

-Disorganized Management -Little Direction from Managers -No Growth Plan for Employees -No Positive Reinforcement -Lack of Transparency especially with the Company Stock Plan -Work from Home for Some Employees (be fair with everyone) -No Direct Deposit (pay checks are given every other Friday sometimes after 4 PM). If you employees are at work on TIME, pay them on time! iTutor hired 5+ employees in Q4 2019 and let go 8 employees in the span of 4 weeks without any reason.

Pros

Pay was reasonable, gained relevant & diverse experience, schools/staff were mostly easy to work with

Cons

No benefits, depending on the school you are working with there can be little communication or understanding of a virtual teacher's unique needs, no guaranteed work (for Virtual Staffing you might know if you are assigned a school in July at the earliest], long periods with no available jobs; contract work & taxes
