Pros
Teamwork really did make the difference. If you were lucky enough to have a good team, everyone would work together to solve a problem. Word has gotten out that there is a new CEO and many changes have been made for the better so take this all with a grain of salt.
Cons
Nepetism, favoritism and overall privilege could have killed this company. When select employees were consistently told they could not do something as logistically it didn’t make sense, they would cry to the CEO and the CEO would push to have the operations team do it. This resulted in failing programs and classes all because they didn’t want to lose a small sale which wound up being lost regardless. If you left on time you were seen as not dedicated even though you probably spent time on the weekends checking emails and catching up. You had to always be available even while cooking food. Raises were non existent no matter how much you proved yourself. A “review” system was set up but essentially didn’t mean much as it only resulted in critiques. Ultimately if you wanted a raise, you had to negotiate for it. This aspect may still be true but I’m unable to confirm nor deny. Internal growth is difficult as they either hire from outside or only promote when others quit. Again, this may have changed under the new CEO but I’m unable to confirm nor deny.
