Pros

iTutor has a new CEO and the culture is way better than in previous years. I can see myself growing here and feeling good about contributing to the overall mission. Though it is fast-paced (which I find fun), I enjoy being able to work from home, I still practice work-life balance, the unlimited PTO is great, and I'm having fun doing what I love.

Cons

Benefits could be better but they are working on that now, so when re-enrollment comes around we'll have much better options. Right now, I have no complaints.

Pros

Pay was reasonable, gained relevant & diverse experience, schools/staff were mostly easy to work with

Cons

No benefits, depending on the school you are working with there can be little communication or understanding of a virtual teacher's unique needs, no guaranteed work (for Virtual Staffing you might know if you are assigned a school in July at the earliest], long periods with no available jobs; contract work & taxes
