Pros

Amazing team members. The new CEO has created such a positive climate and culture , and it is attracting some of the most talented people I have ever met. It is such a great feeling to look forward to working every day. I have never felt this good about any job I have ever had. I am both heard and respected. Fully remote is not to shabby either.

Cons

At times it would be nice to have an office space to work out of. Not being able to meet all of these amazing people in person.

Pay was reasonable, gained relevant & diverse experience, schools/staff were mostly easy to work with

Cons

No benefits, depending on the school you are working with there can be little communication or understanding of a virtual teacher's unique needs, no guaranteed work (for Virtual Staffing you might know if you are assigned a school in July at the earliest], long periods with no available jobs; contract work & taxes
