There was a lot of opportunity to share your thoughts, unlimited PTO

Cons

A lot of time spent doing manual work that should be automated, things were always shifting and changing, other times there was not much work to be done

Pay was reasonable, gained relevant & diverse experience, schools/staff were mostly easy to work with

Cons

No benefits, depending on the school you are working with there can be little communication or understanding of a virtual teacher's unique needs, no guaranteed work (for Virtual Staffing you might know if you are assigned a school in July at the earliest], long periods with no available jobs; contract work & taxes
