Pros

Organization has grown dramatically in the time I have worked with the company and there is now a huge emphasis on transparency and organizational impact. The team is SMART and innovative which makes work fun.

Cons

The team is still getting the hang of transitioning to remote + having colleagues across varied time zones.

Pay was reasonable, gained relevant & diverse experience, schools/staff were mostly easy to work with

Cons

No benefits, depending on the school you are working with there can be little communication or understanding of a virtual teacher's unique needs, no guaranteed work (for Virtual Staffing you might know if you are assigned a school in July at the earliest], long periods with no available jobs; contract work & taxes
