Pros

iTutor allows you to choose only the tutoring sessions you wish to take on that fit your schedule. Hourly pay is usually between $32 and $40. I absolutely enjoy working with students around the country through iTutor.

Cons

Technology using the iTutor platform has its good days and bad days.

Pay was reasonable, gained relevant & diverse experience, schools/staff were mostly easy to work with

Cons

No benefits, depending on the school you are working with there can be little communication or understanding of a virtual teacher's unique needs, no guaranteed work (for Virtual Staffing you might know if you are assigned a school in July at the earliest], long periods with no available jobs; contract work & taxes
