Pros

Hiring and placement process is smooth. Training materials are helpful

Cons

There was a big cheating problem at my school, and the district gave me no tools to prevent cheating. After reporting this, nothing changed. When I was later told by a school administrator to falsify grades and I pushed back, Fullmind went silent, ignoring my request for advice. By the next week, I was prevented from connecting with my students, because I refused to falsify grades, and my contract was terminated, but Fullmind never reached out to me or even informed me about their decision. Not only did they not stand by me ethically, but they did not retain me as an employee because of commitment to basic ethical standards conflicted with school administrators.

Pros

Pay was reasonable, gained relevant & diverse experience, schools/staff were mostly easy to work with

Cons

No benefits, depending on the school you are working with there can be little communication or understanding of a virtual teacher's unique needs, no guaranteed work (for Virtual Staffing you might know if you are assigned a school in July at the earliest], long periods with no available jobs; contract work & taxes
