      I love the kids !!

      unrealistic expectations for example wanting anchor charts for every lesson but don’t provide anchor chart paper and have to beg for manipulatives. long meetings after school and expect us to work from home.

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
