      Pros

      The pay is competitive. They give a stipend to their student teachers.

      Cons

      It’s so big of a county that getting a hold of anyone feels impossible no real person to ask about benefits, HR issues,etc. They kept horrible employees out of necessity to keep warm bodies in the positions.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
