      Pros

      Starting pay is not bad. I'm currently in grad school and I love the flexibility. I can pick and choose when and what school I'd like to sub for. Rate is $100 per day & you cannot work more than 16 days in a given month.

      Cons

      Have to work 20 consecutive days to receive $120 per day.

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
