      There are often more opportunities for development than you want. This is great.

      Cons

      In a system that promotes and retains admin, you have admin teams that have forgotten what it is like in the classroom. There are too many directives and no clear vision. Be prepared to be managed and directed, not inspired to teach.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
