      Pros

      Pay, pay increase each year for past few years. Team planning and collaboration; cater to needs of individual learners.

      Cons

      Administration is not supportive; no time for life because we were always working and preparing lesson plans; taught bell to bell, so students had very little time to just be kids; Administrators were bullies; VERY high turnover rates for a reason.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
