Pros
My students were very motivated and serious about school. The parents were actively involved with their children's learning.
Cons
Did not receive a pay increase in 6 years therefore I my salary never caught up to where it had been in 2010 - in a different state. Insurance was expensive and limited compared to other states. Contracted to work 10 additional days & an hour longer every day vs my previous job. The continual turn over of superintendents and administration made it very difficult to complete goals because the goals kept changing.
