      They were able to locate me within my area when they had a surplus of special education teachers in the county.

      Cons

      They over hired special education teachers in the county which caused special education teachers to take general education jobs.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
