      Pros

      I enjoyed my time their working with children in K-3rd Grade. The biggest plus was t the teachers and staff. Dedicated, hard working and flexible.

      Cons

      In the effort to make teachers accountable, the evaluation TKES process is demoralizing good teachers, stressing them out, and causing many to decided whether public school is the place to be these days. STress levels among teachers is extremely high and continues to push teachers out even resign in the middle of the year.

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
