      Pros

      They provide great technology and one to one device access.

      Cons

      The school I am in has an expectation of teachers that requires far too much overtime to be sane!! I expect some additional time after school hours, but an entire day to write detail lesson plans for the week is ridiculous. Either we are highly educated and know what we are doing or we do not!!! Guess my Masters Degree isn't quite enough these days.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
