      Pros

      Helping the kids reach there goals and in my case providing a clean school for them every day:)

      Cons

      Could not complete job every day because they did not have proper equipment because of the custodial budget was cut from 20k 2013 to 5k 2014-2015 school term. Pay was horrible for someone in with 18years of experience.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
