      The work environment with some principals is fairly good as a substitute, and support is given most of the time.

      Cons

      The County does not pay subs properly and have enough behavior support personnel. Some classes have more behavior problems than others.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
