      Pay compensation good. Paid for degree held if in area of critical need. Vacation time and holiday good as well as job benefits.

      Cons

      Got to watch your back. Supervisors not as competent as in the past. Insecurities lead to knit picking tendencies. Tenure and loyalty has no value in the new regime.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
