      Depending on which school you’re at, there is teacher support.

      Cons

      This district does not have a fall break, nor does it have some of the perks other districts have. I had to go back and forth with HR about maternity leave. Leave was very confusing but at least HR was helpful and kind.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
