      Lots of built-in vacation time, pension plan!!, generous vacation and PTO policies. Dedicated, professional coworkers with shared mission.

      Fully in-person. Pay is relatively low compared to other industries.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
