      Job security is strong. Fulton is fiscally responsible.

      Cons

      So much micromanaging and high expectations on teachers only. There are so many leadership and administration positions, which is great for those looking for higher positions, but to teachers, this is a display of too many chiefs... well, you know the rest.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
