      Pros

      Nice office building and our office had plenty of money to purchase any supplies.

      Cons

      Unfortunately I witnessed discriminatory hiring practices in the office. The lack of diversity and diverse voices is not a coincidence. I also experienced bullying and harassment from my supervisors and the district did little to help after submitting two formal complaints. It was an unhealthy environment to work in overall.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
