      pay is better than most Georgia districts

      Cons

      there are way too many administrators who don't work together calling the shots. they get paid a significant amount to stay in their own bubble and not collaborate across departments. The right hand doesn't connect to the left hand.

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
