      Pros

      The pros is you can have pay based on your education. However that’s it. This was The worse HR I ever experienced, imagine getting hired and no one telling you or training you on how things are done. Imagine getting a job and they just hand you the keys and expect you to figure it out instead of giving you the tools and information you need to do well. You can get higher pay and better training in a different school district.

      Unorganized and terrible HR folks.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
